01. Company Registration – Private or Public limited, Joint Venture, Partnership or Foreign Company. Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC)- www.roc.gov.bd:7781
02. Trade License – City Corporation , www.bangladesh.gov.bd
03. Income Tax Identification Number (TIN)-www.nrb.gov.bd
04. Board of Investment (BOI)- www.boi.gov.bd
05. Fire, environment and other licenses
06. Foreign Currency Account
07. Other

According to Company Act. 1994 a company shall be formed by this Act in Bangladesh whether Private, Public, Joint Venture, Foreign company.

How to register a company in Bangladesh

1.       Name approval of the company from RJSC. And one board meeting is required by the proposed directors.
2.       Collect income tax certificate of the directors
3.       Apply for get incorporation certificate and other forms from RJSC by filling up all require documents
4.       Trade license shall come in picture after getting incorporation copies
5.       Get income tax again for the company and submit to bank to open an account.
