Foreign Direct Investment

Local vs Foreign Investment
The economy of a country depends on local and foreign investment. Local businessmen contribute Government by tax and VAT whereas foreign investors also do the same. In most of the countries foreign investment companies income tax rate more than local companies. If any shareholder of a company is a foreigner is considered under FDI law.

Rules of FDI vary from one country to another. It's decided by the government of that country why to apply FDI law.
