I am doing business in India as foreigner. Process of starting a business in India as follows: First of all register a business according to law and hire the right person who can assist doing so as consultant.

Some basic necessary actions are required to start a business such as rent office, local contact number, hiring man power, fix a budget to carry out business for next 3 months.

File annual return and income tax filling on time and obey all rules as foreign entrepreneurs.
